LUCENA CITY — Police anti-illegal drug operatives arrested two suspected big-time traffickers in separate buy-bust operations on Saturday in Cavite province and seized more than P1.3 million worth of shabu (crystal meth) and a car.
A report by the Cavite police provincial office Sunday said drug enforcement unit in Dasmariñas City collared “Alberto” at 8:30 p.m. after he sold P1,000 worth of shabu to a poseur buyer in a transaction in Barangay (village) Salitran 4.
Article continues after this advertisementThe operatives seized from the suspect three plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 102 grams worth P703,800 and a digital weighing scale.

The suspect yielded one sachet of meth weighing 90 grams worth P612,000.

The suspects are under police custody and facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
